I, do hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of this contract. -No alcoholic beverages to be consumed or allowed by anyone less than 21 years of age. -No weapons of any kind will be permitted in the vehicle. -The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A damage fee of $150.00 will be charged to the credit card filed with 101 Limousine, LLC if the client or any member of their party causes any damage to the vehicle (interior or exterior), electronic equipment, for to the furnishing. In addition to the $150.00 damage fee, the client will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement of any damaged parts and materials. The repair or replacement of any damaged items shall be at the sole discretion of 101 Limousine, LLC. -The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our vehicle during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party for vomiting or smoking and a damage fee of $75.00 will be charged to the credit card filed with 101 Limousine, LLC. -Complimentary limousine service has a two-hour time block; any additional hours will be $30/hour. -When minors are present, partition will remain open. -Sunroof must stay closed while the vehicle is in motion. -No illegal drugs of any kind will be allowed in the vehicle. Guests will be fined at owner’s discretion with a minimum fine of $200 and will be subject to lawful action. -101 Limousine is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property. -Minimal tip of 20% of total cost or estimated value of trip for limo driver ($20 minimum for complimentary restaurant transportations). -Required 24-hour notice for any airport transfers, weddings, or charters. -Credit card will not be charged for damages until all parties are notified and understand the conditions. -Credit cards will be charged for all chartered runs or events prior to date of event unless paid in cash. -Credit card will be charged before pickup for all chartered runs, transfers or events. Credit card number is required for complimentary limo service and will not be charged unless the above rules are broken.
